As one would think, Meditation is a process not unlike other process. In this process we are attempting to ease our mind and body, align our energy centers and quiet your ego.

Each of these can be difficult tasks on their own.  That is why it is very important to find a meditative routine or guided meditation that is most comfortable for you.

To begin, find a focal point to help concentrate your “mind’s eye” on. when choosing a focal point it the only guideline is that it should be something soothing to you. Beaches and the waves slowly rolling in is one of my favorites. Practice for a week for 5 minutes a day with your focal point  you will be amazed at the results that it can bring.

As you progress with your focal point you will begin to feel the rest of your being beginning to fallow, take notice of the little things like, you may sleep better at night or your shoulders or back is less tight, past problems with headaches may be relieved and even an overall more energetic feeling in your day.

Now that meditation has become a part of your daily life I suggest trying different guided meditation Cds, there are many titles to choose from and many different varieties or styles . these guided meditation Cds can help vary your meditations and even pin point certain problem areas such as stress, pain management, or social anxiety.

When choosing a guided meditation Cd it is best to choose one that is most interesting to you or fits your life style the best. Above all make sure you relax and have fun with your meditations they can be a powerful part to achieving bliss in your life.
